This Creamy Coleslaw accompanies many meals easily and is a delicious addition to any picnic or BBQ.
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag Coleslaw mix
Or make your own with:
6 cups Shredded cabbage (If you have it, add some red cabbage for color)
1 Carrot, grated
Dressing
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp White vinegar
¼ tsp Celery seed
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
½ tbsp Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS :
Combine vegetables in a large salad bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Add to vegetables and stir well to coat. Clean off edge of bowl with a paper towel or transfer to a clean bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
