Coconut Chocolate Snowballs

This easy, no bake recipe will add lots of coconut flavour to your Christmas treat tray.

Ingredients:

1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ c graham wafer crumbs

1 ½ c coconut

½ c chopped walnuts

1 ½ c crispy rice cereal

Shredded coconut for rolling balls in.

Directions:

In a double boiler, heat chocolate chips and condensed milk until chocolate is melted and well combined.

Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.

Roll into 1 inch balls and then roll ball in coconut to coat. Place on wax paper to set.

Store in airtight container. Can be made ahead and frozen.
