The anticipation is palpable when I serve hashbrown casserole. Mmmmm! they say with starry eyes as they sit down to the table. And there won’t be any leftovers.

Hashbrown Casserole

Don’t count your calories when you add this hashbrown casserole to the menu! Nobody else does! And you won’t have any leftovers.

Equipment

  • 9×13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 Onion medium, diced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease 9×13 baking dish with butter.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then spread out in baking dish.
  • Bake for one hour at 350°F.
