Chicken and broccoli in a curry sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Hot curry paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • ½ tsp Madras curry powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Ground coriander
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken diced
  • Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except chicken and broccoli in medium bowl.
  • Add chicken and broccoli and stir.
  • Transfer to casserole and cover.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving
