Creamy Coleslaw
Store bought coleslaw simply does not compare to this easy, homemade recipe.

Or make your own with:
- 6 cups Shredded cabbage
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 Apple grated (optional)
Dressing
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
Combine vegetables in a large salad bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients together. Add to vegetables and stir to coat well.
Clean off the edge of the bowl with a paper towel or transfer to a clean bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
