I’ve been on the hunt for an oatmeal raisin cookie recipe I enjoy. Scrolling through facebook, I came across a post with a tattered picture of a recipe from a rolled oats package. I thought, “this is probably pretty good” reasoning that the company producing the product would want to share a recipe that presents the product well.

When I finally got around to trying it I was pleased with the result. A soft and chewy old-fashioned oatmeal raisin cookie. Exactly what I was looking for.
I made a couple adjustments to the original recipe. Here’s what I came up with.
